Free Property Inspections
Due to the success of the Free Inspection propmotion that we ran in July we'd like to extend it untill the end of August.
How it Works:
If you or someone you know is planning to purchase a home in August in and around the West Kootenays this month why not talk to us first. In addition to the comprehensive buyer services that we offer, detailed here, we will also cover the cost of the property inspection, with a professional property inspector of your choice, by refunding that cost at the time of purchase. If the inspection shows the house is a dog and you don't want to move ahead, that's fine, we'll refund the inpection cost out of the cost of the home you eventually do go on to purchase.
